Welcome to my practice. I'm Christina, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I'm here to support you on your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth. Curiosity is at the heart of my approach. I genuinely enjoy getting to know you, and I'm not afraid to ask questions that help us uncover the patterns that may be affecting your relationships and your world. Humor is a powerful tool, and I believe in the importance of incorporating some comedic relief into our sessions. Therapy is also a space where difficult emotions like anger, sadness, avoidance, overwhelm, and despair need to be shown and explored. I hold all of these emotions with compassion and care. Your whole identity is a vital part of who you are, and I am passionate about supporting you in exploring and embracing it fully. I believe that true healing occurs when we acknowledge and honor the parts of ourselves that may not have received the recognition, nurturing, or support they needed in the past.
